Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oh Polly items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an e-gift card for future shopping.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and download your pre-paid return shipping label to attach to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's progress back to our warehouse.
